Allow recurring tasks to have reminders

Not a high-stakes item (since I should be looking at focus items daily anyways), but occasionally I can't help but think it'd be nice to be able to add a reminder to a recurring task, such that you can set the time of day on either the task's scheduled arrival date or due date to get a reminder. Nice for things that don't have a specific calendar timing need, but a general time one might want a prompt to do it (like, say, putting out recycling the night before it's collected -- probably not an essential "must happen at 10 pm" thing for one's calendar, but a ping at around that time to remind you to do it wouldn't hurt)
