Quick Capture on Mobile Phones (iOS) - Frictionless

As a GTD practitioner, I find the overall system on iOS excellent. However, one critical piece is still missing: frictionless quick capture on the go.The ideal workflow would be:1. Trigger a new entry (e.g. via the iPhone Action Button or an iOS Shortcut)2. Type the task into the Inbox3. Confirm - and immediately return to whatever you were doingThis is especially important for the "capture" step in GTD, which needs to be instant so it doesn't interrupt your flow.Two concrete implementation ideas (iPhone)• Action Button support - assign the button to open a quick-add sheet directly to the Inbox (deeplink)• iOS Shortcut integration - a "Add to Nirvana Inbox" shortcut that users can bind to the Action Button, or trigger via double-tap on the back of older iPhones (Back Tap).Thanks a lot Eric

I would like something similar for Android. I would love a way to use Google Assistant to add an entry to the inbox just with my voice so that I can capture while driving.

As a workaround I am using an app (email me) https://apps.apple.com/de/app/notiz-an-mich-email-me/id10907… Via shortcut the UX does not work well for me. Email me-App has native action button actions. But both approaches are just a work around for now - assign an area or a due date for a quick capture are not possible (as I am aware off ).
