Time filter "X min or less" is useless

I noticed that I cannot make real use of the time filter.If I have 60min for work, then I need a way to easily see all tasks that take 60mins.But currently I see all tasks even those that take 5min.The “and less” part is not usable for me in this scenario. It’s of no help to see all 10 or 5min tasks when I have 60min available.Please add an option that disables the "or less" part. This seems the easiest and most convenient way without changing how it works for all users.Alternatively Just remove the “or less logic” and allow multiple selection in the time filter.With this I could show  e.g. 30, 45 and 60mins tasks.Or:add a view more time options and add a range slider.
